Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial. The Folio strap is a nice tight elastic. As you saw in the video, it keeps the lid on nice and tight. You don't want your pills falling out all over the place. The "leather" lid is very easy to wipe down. Just grab a damp cloth and wipe. The compartments were pill accessible. Most pill holder are square. Doesn't make much sense since pills are round and oval. Now this smaller Folio doesn't hold a lot of pills. I wouldn't recommend this for a business trip.
