Are you looking for a nice armband for your exercise routine? This is a great one. The only problem I had with this is that it didn't fit my upper arm. I am a big girl. But it didn't fit my 6ft 3 son either. So I used my eldest daughter for the review. It fit her nicely. Now, you can use this on your lower arm also. Since she just had her baby she will be happy to have a holder for her phone while she works out. The case fits perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy 5. The top of the phone holder has 2 slits, 1 slit for the headphones and 1 slit for the speaker. You can not charge the phone while in the armband. But you don't really need that option, in my opinion. On the arm part there is a spot to hold a key. Great option so that you don't have to carry a full keychain to go jog or workout. The color is bright, which I love. This product is great! We have tested a couple items lately that my kids swear will not work. Low and behold, when we test it, it works! This is one of the products. When my 16 year old, grill master, son pulled this out of the package he swore it was going to be too thin to use on the heat of the grill. After using on the hamburgers last night, he stands corrected. Just lay it on the rack of the grill and put the food that you are wanting to cook, on top and grill. Too wash it off just turn on the hot water, toss some dish soap on it and rinse and let air dry. So easy to use and so easy to clean!
