We love silicone bakewear in this house. It doesn't rust. Doesn't seem to burn as easy. So easy to clean! Just soapy hot water or toss in the top shelf of the dishwasher. Like I said in my review of Live Infinitely's exercise ball. My youngest daughter has Sensory Integration Disorder. So yes, a couple times, we used this for my sons back but mostly as therapy. Our Occupational Therapist loved this product. My daughter loved the feeling of the foam roller. The weight was enough to give her some added therapy. She craves deep pressure and this helped. She rolled on top of this and had it rolled over her like a rolling pin. We said she was "insert her name here" dough. She was also able to stand on this roller and hold onto a ledge.
