You can make and store just about any baby good that you can think of. Even something as unordinary as cucumbers. Check out the 3 things we cut up.
Our baby is not too whoopee on green veggies out of the baby food jars but if she gets normal ones she is good to go. Sprout baby food storage container have been such a great way to keep the food fresh longer. It was super easy and nice to be able to mix, store, freeze, microwave and feed the baby all in one little container.
The orange lid was easy to screw on and kept the food fresh and didn't leak when turned upside down or laid on it's side. That last point of leakage is a big problem when storing baby food. A lot of times baby food is made in ice cube trays then stored in baggies till needed. But Sprout has covered all of those in a much safer way. BPA free is a definitely must for all baby products!
They include an indelible marker so that you can write the date and what food is in the container. That is great for busy moms. We don't always have time to remember when and what....I have 6 kids so that is a big thing that I tend to forget....So glad they made it easy on me. Plus having an item that is dishwasher safe is a big thing. My teens cant seem to remember the things that I tell them not to put in the dishwasher. I like to wash things like this by hand though, makes them immediately ready to use again!
These run about $20 for the set of 12
I fully recommend, if you are making your own baby food, to buy some of these storage containers.
As soon as the company gets me the right links for their product I will be adding them.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
