These Holi in the Kitchen spatulas are my favorites right now. I, not only love the color but they are very sturdy. A lot of these pieces that you get at the store bend and move as you stir items. I do not like that. The utensil should be sturdy enough to stir mashed potatoes. Holi in the Kitchen Silicone Spatulas are just this kind. Stir to your hearts content.
