Nuby Mirror Toy Review

Image
I swear we took this toy out of the package and the 2 little ones were already fighting over it! This toy is great for teething children. The mirror toy has a few different ways to Teethe. Around the mirror are 6 different chew rings. 2 of the rings have purICE gel in them. Great to freeze or even just refrigerate. Two of the other rings have crinkle fabric. Our little girl isn't too fond of the crinkle fabric. She has an aversion to the sound. But she loves the other 4 rings and the mirror is her favorite! My other kids call her conceded because she loves the mirror! She can hold this in her hand with ease. The other 2 rings are bumpy which is great to chew on. This toy is BPA for safe play for your children This mirror toy runs about $5.99 at Amazon You can find this toy at: http://www.amazon.com/Nuby-Look-At-Mirror-Toy/dp/B008FONS70/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1384198915&sr=8-1&keywords=Nuby+Mirror You can also find these in stores at Walmart and Kmart. Nuby Comb and Brush Set

Image
This set was something I was excited to review. Our littlest one has finally got some hair to comb out. We have waited a whole year to be able to have enough to do something with. This set comes in a couple different colors. You can choose boy colors, girl colors or Nuby even has neutral colors. The brush has nylon bristles. It is a nice, soft and gentle way to untangle baby's brand new hair. The comb and brush set are made to fit into tiny hands. But, are still perfect sized for parents to hold. You can find this product at Burlington Coat Factory in the Baby Depot. I believe they run around $3.99. Our little girl loves to chew on the ends of the comb while we use the brush on her head. It is soft enough for them to teeth on. http://nuby.com/en-NV/products/ www.facebook.com/nubyusa https://twitter.com/NubyUSA http://pinterest.com/nubyusa/ Five Lil Bass In Tow was sent this Nuby Brush and Comb set to test and post my honest review. Werther’s Original Caramel Popcorn

Image
Do you love Werther's Caramels? I absolutely love them! So when given the opportunity get to review them on my blog, I jumped on that. Each piece of the popcorn is covered in the wonderful, creamy taste of caramel. The bags are pretty full, unlike most chip and popcorn bags. The color of each piece is a coppery color showing all the caramel covering. The taste is like Heaven in your mouth. All of these things are my opinions. But I fully recommend this popcorn. These are great for that afternoon snack, the toss in the diaper bag and go snack and those times where you just sit and relax with your cup of coffee and your caramel popcorn. Each 8oz bag runs around $6.42 each. Werther's Caramel Popcorn is also Gluten Free! You can't beat that. You can at least still eat this fun snack if you have to eat Gluten Free items. Finally, real caramel popcorn for real caramel lovers. Popped to perfection and covered in smooth, creamy Werther's caramel. You can find them

Extreme PR Review

Image
Bio-Scriptives’ ExtremePR (Pain Reliever) is a non-greasy topical pain relieving lotion designed for temporary relief from minor muscle and joint aches and pains. The product’s fast onset of action reduces minor pain and stiffness and cools and relaxes muscles and joints. My daughter was in a bad accident back in September. She was the passenger and had her belt on but still hit her head on the dashboard. She was in quite a bit of pain and couldn't get headache relief. When my rep sent me Extreme PR to test I thought, heck why not it can't hurt. So we rubbed it on her shoulders at night and she was actually able to get some relief. It is not a pain medicine. It does not take the place of seeing a doctor. But it truly did help relieve some of the pain in her muscles. Extreme PR was not greasy. I can not stand greasy products. Just make sure you wash your hands after applying. Each 4oz, pump, bottle is $19.99 and is totally worth it. If you are a weigh lifter and nee

It's True By Mercer Mayer Book Review and Giveaway

Image
We are on our children about telling the truth and the boy who cried wolf. It is so hard to get children to understand the logic behind telling the truth. Our older children now repeat us when talking to the younger ones. "If you just tell us the truth your punishment will be a lot less than if you lie". I do not like liars. It makes people hard to trust. This book is on lies and trust. I love Mercer Mayer books for their lessons. Each one of these Little Critter books has a wonderful moral to it. Depending on where you purchase this book it runs from $2.99-$3.99 each. http://www.thomasnelson.com/children/children-s-fiction-1/it-s-true.html These Little Critters are so cute and loveable that you just want to bring them home with you. Each page is full of color to keep your child's attention. These would be great for Sunday School classes, homeschooling or just for giving as gifts! Check them all out! I received this book from Tommy Nelson to read and post my hone

Schucks Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch Review

Image
Are you on the hunt during the fall season to find a neat place to take your kids? With 6 kids in the house we are always on the hunt for something fun and exciting and definitely something within our price range. The kids had so much fun! Even our 17 and 15 year olds loved it. They had a huge sandbox full of corn. The 3 little ones had a blast playing in this. The 3 different zip lines were fun. The kids all took turns zip lining. They had a row of apples, a turkey and a scarecrow wood background to poke your head through and take pictures. Once you pay to get in the gate the only thing that costs is to play lazer tag or to get snacks. Schucks has a hayride that takes you around the corn maze. The hayride is about 20 minutes long. They also have a neat ride for the kids, pulled by a tractor, you ride in barrels. All in all our kids had a lot of fun going to the corn maze and pumpkin patch. Check them out! http://www.shucksmaze.com/ Ready for some Fall Festival
