I have to say if they are tiny pills you may get more than one out at a time. But the bigger the pill the more likely only 1 will come out. Very easy to use. The whole blue top will come off the bottle, that way you can fill. Just replace the lid and use the flip top to dispense your meds. No more little pill getting stuck in the corner of the squared compartment and having to dig it out...that is a fight no one wants to have. Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial. The Folio strap is a nice tight elastic. As you saw in the video, it keeps the lid on nice and tight. You don't want your pills falling out all over the place. The "leather" lid is very easy to wipe down. Just grab a damp cloth and wipe. The compartments were pill accessible. Most pill holder are square. Doesn't make much sense since pills are round and oval. Now this smaller Folio doesn't hold a lot of pills. I wouldn't recommend this for a business trip. We had so much fun last week when we got to go to the new LEGOLAND KC!! We took my son who has 2 broken bones in bottom of his left leg, so he is in a wheelchair. This site was SO helpful and accommodating to our needs! I was so impressed as a lot of places wouldn't be so accommodating. As you enter you can buy a lanyard with a neat book full of games and a place to stop at all the stamp pads throughout the building. Then you can go into a room that has already built, interactive, Lego sets. Each set is on a timer thing that lights up when the room goes dark. The kids loved the race track. Everything was Legos but the cars were able to be raced by pushing a button. My favorite was the Wizard of Oz set. Unfortunately this scenario happens to me all the time... I am out and the baby needs to be changed. We go into the public bathroom and their changing table is out of the disposable liners.
