Funkins Reusable Cloth Napkins Review and Giveaway

Does your school support and ask for you to support being more environmentally friendly? Let Funkins help with that!

Funkins has so many bright and fun designs to their cloth napkins. Pick a theme you want and they probably have it!

Check out the awesome selection at www.myfunkins.com

According to studies the average child throws away 67lbs of lunch waste each school year (www.wastefreelunches.org)
Switching to cloth napkins is just one small step that will make a big impact.

These Funkins are just all out fun to have around. Plain white napkins are boring. Spice up those lunchboxes and that dinner table. Your kids and family will thank you.

Funkins are 13x15- 2 sided cloth napkins. So easy to clean. These can be washed and washed and washed. With 6 kids, I know this from experience. I wash everything in cold water but these have never bled onto other items. The color stays wonderfully.

Birthday parties, holiday parties or just know of someone that needs a little pick me up. Why not pick them up a Funkin or 2!

Funkins are between $7-$10 and their neoprene bags to match some of the designs are around $29.99

They also have wet bags http://www.myfunkins.com/large-pouches/ , children's smocks http://www.myfunkins.com/art-smocks/ and coin wallets http://www.myfunkins.com/wet-pouches/. Just pick your design and run with it.

Washing instructions are on one side of tag and a spot to write your child's name is on the other side:

Funkins can be used as both a napkin and a placemat, brightening the table and making clean up easier. They also provide a great protective barrier for public eating surfaces. Keep a few in the car for wipes and spills!

So many to choose from! Girls designs for the little lady

Boys designs for the little man

Check them out and start the lunch boxes to become a fun experience!

I was sent 3 holiday designed Funkins to test and post my honest review.

Glow Sticks Review

I can't say that I was too happy with this company. I ordered this from Amazon with the understanding that it was going to be a pack of 100 glow sticks that can be made into bracelets. I got really excited because this was perfect coming right before my daughters birthday party. The shipping was fast, so that was great! But when I opened the package a couple of the glow sticks were already glowing. Since they only last a few hours, these were not going to make it to her party 3 days later. Now, I didn't need all 100 for her party....BUT....I was bored the next day so I counted the glow sticks. There were 73 total in the container. Now if this hadn't been a review item, which means I got this product free to post my honest review, I would have been really upset at this purchase. When I contacted the rep doing this review, all they said was yes they knew about it and have changed manufacturers since finding this out. Ummm ok?? If I had of purchased these myself, I would have wanted my money back. So, I have not written a unfriendly review since my very first review, but I am kind of unhappy at how this has gone down. If I am going to be honest with my readers then here it is. The packaging was still in plastic but a couple were already glowing. The shipping was super fast. Only 73 glow sticks in the package when it clearly stated there were 100. And not even a hint of making this right.....Not too happy with this. Sorry guys!

I would have loved to have had fun but I guess it wasn't in the cards.....

Personalized Children's Book Review

Not only was this book fun to make it was super easy to make! My 7 year old son rarely get the items to review. I was excited when this one came up. Plus, if you ask him what he wants to be when he grows up, he will say a ninja. A white ninja because the white clothed ones are good and the black clothed ones are bad. So Ninja it was!

Just go to KD Novelties

Find the book or cd you would like to purchase.

Click on it and start to personalize your book. Just fill out the information they ask for.

My son thought it was awesome that not only was he the ninja in the book, that saved the world, but his friends were in it also. The KD Novelties asks for up to 3 friends for the book. I included his older brother and 2 best friend cousins. What a neat idea this was.

You really should check this company out. With Christmas coming, would make a great gift for that young child on your list. They have plenty to choose from and you can find boys and girls books.

The prices are great! Mostly from $10-$30. The more expensive of those are personalized photo books. So not only will you have their names but their pictures also.

So go check them out and surprise that sweet kid on your list with a personalized gift that is ALL theirs!
