Welcome to the Premama Prenatal Vitamin Mix Giveaway hosted by Stay a Stay at Home Mom.




Premama is a powdered supplement mix of prenatal vitamins. It’s a solution to replace all those horse pills we’ve taken in pregnancies past. Each box contains 30 premeasured servings, in individual packets. The packets have two half-servings each so if you want, you can take it in halfs over the day instead of all at once. (A MUST for morning sickness!)

You mix the packets into 12 ounces of liquid such as milk, juice, or even water. Carbonated beverages aren’t recommend (you’re not drinking soda while you’re pregnant anyway, right?) and hot beverages such as coffee or tea are out as well.
