My oldest daughter has psoriasis and it's under her hair, on her scalp. She almost always looks like she has been in the snow due to all the scales she has scratched off. She has tried dandruff shampoos and other remedies to hopefully help removed these bothersome scales. All these Dead Sea products that we have tried have been a huge help in her and my husbands psoriasis issue. But mainly for her the conditioner was a huge help. At one time she had no patch of it on her head. Great product. Not greasy or gritty. I recommend this, even if you don't have a skin issue like they do. Adovia makes great Dead Sea products.
