This little container packs a big punch in muscle pain. My kids are all very active kids. My husband and I have started watching our weight and working out. This product helps with the pains associated with these issues. Just use it as a rub on cream. TheraRelief is not like Bengay in the overwhelming scent of Bengay is hard to take. TheraRelief has a soft scent that is gentle to your senses. This product includes quite a few items I'm sure you have heard to take for joint and muscle aches. Some of those include Glucosamine and Chondrotin.
