The wrap is clearly marked which direction to put it on the bottle. There is no guessing game, which is nice. It has pull tabs to make sure you can lay them together. I couldn't pull it off so just left the tabs on and wrapped it around the bottle. Then you pull the top piece down over it and it should already be getting warm. I was actually amazed.

It says the perfect bottle will be ready in 30 minutes or less it is right! I couldn't believe it. I thought was like those hand warmers you get from walmart and would last about the same amount and only got as warm as that. I opened the package at 7:45 this morning and it has just started losing it's heat. (It's 2:53pm)
