I have a daughter with sensory processing disorder. She can not relax at night. We have tried the natural ways to get her to sleep. I do not want to give her strong stuff. She is only 3. The scent of this oil seems relaxing. You can also put it in a humidifier. Make sure that the mist, blows it into the air. There are also diffusers.
