I am totally in love with this design of insert. It is brown and not white, like most. I hate the white ones since they show all the marks. If you can't get all the poop marks out of the insert then it just looks gross. These brown inserts show nothing, after being washed. The super soft bamboo fabric is so soft on their soft tooshies. Wash in cloth diaper detergent and you can never go wrong. You can use with most cloth diaper "shells". We used Bum Genius and Smart Bottoms. I have been very pleased with this kids backpack. We ordered a personalized backpack for our, then, 2 year old. So cute and loved the personalization. It lasted about a month. My daughter loved this carrier. Easy to use. Super soft and padded straps. You can carry your baby facing you or facing out. Not a lot of carriers are made that way. Perfect for when you need to clean or cook dinner and the baby just will not be separated from you. The most unique part about this carrier is that it comes with a hood for the baby.
