Snack Taxi Review and Giveaway
Do you go on a lot of outings? Fishing? Camping? Picnics? Our family does and we always have too much trash. Not too good for the environment. We have been trying a few different options for this problem. We have tried BPA free biodegradable baggies and more. The only problem is, that with biodegradable baggies still leave lots of trash.
About their company
Our mission here at snackTAXI is to make high quality, affordable reusable bags that empower everyone to reduce waste, while embracing business practices that respect our community, environment, and Earth.
I invented the first snackTAXI way back in 2003 as a way to stem the tide of plastic ziplock bags that flowed from our house to the landfill when our 3 kids started school! We were packing over 500 lunches every year, and had definitely fallen prey to the easy appeal of the ziplock baggie.
snackTAXIs are easy too - really! They are made in our rural Massachusetts workshop by talented (and fun!) local sewers - we are committed to keeping our business local, and will never outsource our labor.
We hope you'll enjoy using snackTAXIs as much as we enjoy making them!

I think it is really neat that this company recognizes the gluten free community. Some of their bags are made with a label that says gluten free.
The snack bags are 6" W x 4.5" H and cost $7.95 each. You can fit so many things in these bags. Big chunks of rice crispie treats, cookies, crackers and a cut up sandwich. So many uses and they have so many designs for you to choose from!
They also carry sandwich sacks. These are 7.5" W x 6" H $8.95 each. these will even fit a bagel.
This company doesn't just carry the reusable baggies, it carries reusable napkins, sporks and lunch bags. Great to provide less trash. Just take them home, rinse them out and reuse.
Snack Taxi has 4 snack sacks that help benefit certain organizations. I think it is great to provide products that help communities and people in need.
Snack Taxi has been in business since 2003.
They do not sell these anywhere in Missouri but they do have a ot of places that they do. To check out if there is one near you http://www.snacktaxi.com/retail-locations.html
