Newmans Own Organics Giveaway

NOO TASTES GOOD! Not all organic food tastes good. It may be good for you but it doesn’t taste good. Like they say, good tasting food, that just happens to be organic. It sticks true to what it says it is. We recently got the opportunity to try some
of NOO products. My family was ecstatic. If this were a year ago they would have said…say
Whaaat? But we have done some snack
changing recently with allergies that pop up from nowhere so we started paying
attention to what we eat.

We
got to try NOO’s traditional Pretzels, dark Chocolate candy bar, Milk Chocolate
candy bar, NOO mints in wintergreen and in ginger, NOO cookies in ginger snap,
double chocolate and cinnamon graham, Hermits, Fig Newman’s (ha ha get it),
Ginger O’s, Newman O’s chocolate and in peanut butter, NOO Licorice Twists in
strawberry, pomegranate, black and sour strawberry and NOO Carmel cups.

NOO
products are all organic. All their products
meet the USDA’s National Organic Program.
The ingredients you will find in NOO product have been grown on a farm
that have not used artificial fertilizers or pesticides for at least three
years or more.

This
was important to us. Last year we got a
call from the school nurse telling me that my son is having an allergic
reaction. At lunch that day he had a
turkey sandwich, some snack chips and a kiwi fruit. He has never had an allergic reaction before
to anything other than shrimp so this concerned us. After 3 appointments with his pediatrician we
found out that the kiwi fruit had traces of pesticide on it, which gave him his
allergic reaction. Good reason for a
change huh!! Anyways back to NOO…

So
when I read this on NOO website I knew that they were going to be a good fit
for our family.

favorite of the NOO snacks were:

#3 The Ginger Snap cookies and

#4 The Newman's Own Organic Wintergreen Mints. I also liked the Ginger ones..but I was out voted :P
