My 16 year old son was in a car accident, where the car rolled. He broke a rib and was unconscious for awhile. As a parent, this was a very scary event. But, as the person in the accident, he was in pain. The muscles in his body were so tight. Have you ever been in a car accident? I suffer from terrible migraines. For about a year I have been putting rice or beans in a sock and using those for a mask like this one. You have to be very careful with microwaving the rice though as the grains of rice can explode if too hot. I can't say that I was too happy with this company. I ordered this from Amazon with the understanding that it was going to be a pack of 100 glow sticks that can be made into bracelets. I got really excited because this was perfect coming right before my daughters birthday party. The shipping was fast, so that was great! Now the toddlers can be just like the big kids! My older kids run around with the popsicles that are shaped like tubes. It is really hard for our 2 year old to use them. She can't figure out how to raise the ice with each bite. She also can't use scissors to crop off the top of the plastic as she goes along.
